The Executive Committee is comprised of the President, Vice President, Past-President or President-Elect, Secretary and Treasurer. The Executive Committee holds primary responsibility for the overall integrity of the Organization. The Executive Committee is charged with ensuring that all activities carried out in the name of MaleSurvivor reflect the Mission and Purpose of the Organization. Although the entire Board of Directors is involved in the governance of the organization, it is the Executive Committee who carries ultimate responsibility.

Whenever the Chair of the Governance Committee does not also hold an Executive position, the Executive Committee must work closely with the Governance Chair to ensure continuity with the developmental direction of the Organization.

Financial management, as this is a direct responsibility of the Treasurer as Chair of the Finance Committee, is also under the direction of the Executive Committee.

The Executive Committee must be kept informed and must seek to remain informed about all activities carried out by the various committees and sub-committees in the name of the Organization.
