Finance Committee - Ken Followell, Chair
The Finance Committee is always to be chaired by the Treasurer of the Board as ensuring
financial accountability of the Organization is the responsibility of the Treasurer.
As chair of the Finance Committee the Treasurer manages the Organizations bank account,
making deposits, receiving bank statements, serving as one of two signing authorities.
The Treasurer must provide regular financial statements to the Board of Directors,
at least twice a year at Board retreats and from time to time as determined by the
Board of Directors (such as sometimes required for grant applications) .
